We begin with a conversation about your home, how you travel, and what would give you the most peace of mind while you're away.  From there, I learn the details that matter, and create a home-watch plan specifically for you.

We'll walk through your home together anad create your personal Home Profile- from important systems and access information to the small things you would notice if you were there.

Choose Your Home Watch 

Select the visit schedule that works for you: monthly, twice monthly, or weekly.  Before each extended absence, we'll confirm your travel dates and any special instructions.

While you're away, I'll complete your scheduled visits and send a concise update after each one.  If something needs attention, I'll contact you and help coordinate the next step.
